One price, no retainer, no monthly fee.

Half to start, half at launch. The first year of hosting is included, and after that I tell you exactly what it costs rather than reselling it to you.

A 3 to 5 section site, written and designed, works on phones, with your hours, services and contact details in place.

    Made from your public information, with placeholder photos where I do not have yours yet.

    You look at it live

    A real page on a real link, on your phone. Tell me what is wrong and I fix it. No obligation.

    It goes on your domain

    Usually about a week. Half to start, half at launch, and a year of hosting is included.

What is included

What you get
A written and designed site, mobile first, with your services, hours, address and phone in place, a map, click to call, and the basics search engines look for.
Hosting
Included for the first year. After that it is yours to keep, and I will tell you exactly what it costs rather than reselling it to you.
Photos
Yours if you have them. If you do not, the draft uses placeholder images and they are labelled as placeholders.

About a week from the go ahead, faster for a one pager.
